Here is the link to the post on her site about the recent Supreme Court decision on mandated federal health insurance. As I noted above, this is WORK. Please reward KrisAnne with a donation. She works tirelessly to educate Americans about our history and our Constitution.
Three things need to be done according to Justice Roberts:
1. Proper perspective- There are three branches of the federal government. The Supreme Court has no more power than the other two. The Constitution, not the Supreme Court, is the supreme law of the land.
2. The court cannot protect us from bad decisions we make in the voting booth.
3. Quote: Our states, especially those who thought it important enough to file a lawsuit, must stand now and say, this law is unconstitutional, this ruling is unconstitutional and we are not bound by it! Basically, our states must have the courage to say, “WE WILL NOT COMPLY”
As to “WE WILL NOT COMPLY”, see this video from 1998, and take a lesson from history:
- USA Patriot Act- federal law- State ID needed to open bank accounts
- REAL ID- Federal rules for state driver licenses, unlimited power to DHS Secretary as to when a REAL ID can be required
- E-Verify- Federal permission to work
These are ALL pieces of a larger puzzle. How much more are you willing to take?

Every candidate there for local to federal offices will follow our rule of law. We’ve done it the other way due to conventional wisdom for decades. How do you like where we are now? Do you think it is time to try a different class of people in office? I do.
This is important enough to forward to those that may not agree with you politically. The perspective to remember is that if one party/group can violate the Constitution when in office to further their goals (and both have done so), then the opposing one can the next chance they get.
